Structural components of the electronic complex of publications on technical operation of agricultural machinery under the conditions of agricultural producer

Abstract

The issues of improving the technical operation of machinery and tractor fleet of agricultural producers by improving information support are discussed. One of the most important components of the system of technical operation of agricultural machinery is technical documentation represented in the form of normative and technical literature, some parts of which are reflected in certain books of information support (instructions, manuals, guidelines, methodological recommendations, etc.). However, with all the variety of available materials on technical operation of machinery, it is not always possible to quickly find the necessary information because of the disconnected places of storage of normative and technical literature, and under the conditions of farms, agricultural producers have to make a lot of effort and spend much time to find the necessary information. Information technologies may be one of the ways to solve this problem, but the methodological methods of their use in the integration of knowledge from a variety of publications on a particular subject have not yet received proper justification and development even in general methodological terms. Therefore, the research goal is to develop methodological techniques for the formation of an electronic collection of books on the technical operation of agricultural machinery. When conducting the research, the method of “goal tree” is used as the main method which allows building a hierarchy from the top to the bottom level. Ultimately, the authors’ team developed and proposed a version of the electronic collection of books on technical operation of machinery, described the structural components, including maintained machinery, its maintenance and repair, restoration, repair and strengthening of machinery parts, repair and operating base of agricultural producers, equipment and tooling for maintenance, construction and operating materials, documentation and other necessary components.
