Specifics of design and reconstruction of modern repair and maintenance enterprises of the agro-industrial complex

Abstract

The research goal is to summarize and analyze the results of theoretical and practical recommendations in the field of design and reconstruction of repair and service enterprises of various levels in the system of technical service (TS) of agricultural machinery based on the peculiarities of the organization and technology of technical operation of the machine and tractor fleet of agricultural producers. The research target is the problem of designing new and reconstruction of remaining enterprises of agricultural machinery taking into account the emerging system of maintenance and repair of agricultural machinery. The research materials were scientific publications and the results of production experience in the field of production and technical operation of modern means of mechanization of agricultural production. The solution to the problem of modernization of the organizational and technological component of technical service enterprises should take into account the features of the modern structure of the machine and tractor fleet of agricultural enterprises, the design features of equipment, the accumulated experience of production activities of existing enterprises for the maintenance and repair of machines; the peculiarities of interaction of all components of the modern technical service in agriculture should also be taken into account. The effectiveness of the reconstruction of various enterprises in the field of vehicles of machinery and equipment of agricultural industries largely depends on the availability of sufficient state funding and legal support for this costly process. The main requirements for the renovation of technical service enterprises are, first of all, the achievement of a qualitatively new level of the technological part of service enterprises with high profitability indices in a market economy. The design of enterprises should take into account the latest results of scientific and practical developments and recommendations in this area. Newly created or deeply reconstructed service enterprises of various forms of activity and purpose should be highly efficient due to the use of modern means of mechanization, automation and digitalization of organizational and technological processes of maintenance and repair, as well as at the cost of performing services and organizing the work of personnel at production sites.
