Modern base of technical service of agricultural machinery and equipment

Abstract

The research goal is to analyze theoretical and practical recommendations in the field of re-equipment and adaptation of the technical service base of agricultural machinery to the modern requirements in the field of technical operation of agricultural machinery. The research target is the current state of the material and technical base of the technical service of agricultural machinery and equipment as well as the ways of its modernization. The research materials are the publications of researchers, engineers and technicians, and representatives of the production sector on the problem of reconstruction and re-equipment of repair and maintenance enterprises providing technical service of agricultural machinery. It was found that a high level of services of technical service enterprises is achieved due to the high professional training of future specialists of service enterprises, the development of the latest technical service technologies due to the development of regulatory documentation and technological equipment for the maintenance and repair of modern high-tech equipment in order to equip various performers of work in the field of technical service. Successful implementation of measures for deep reconstruction of the technical service base in the agro-industrial complex is possible if there is an appropriate state policy in this area and the necessary financing of the process. Wide implementation of the results of scientific and production experience in the field of reconstruction of the technical service base of machinery and equipment supplied by manufacturing plants to agricultural enterprises will increase the level of working condition of the machine and tractor fleet, reduce the costs of enterprises for the purchase of spare parts and new equipment which will lead to a decrease in the cost of crop production and animal husbandry by reducing the cost of using the machine and tractor fleet of agricultural producers while increasing the reliability of machinery and equipment.
