Abstract

The issues of improving the work of dealer outlets supplying equipment to the agro-industrial complex and carrying out its subsequent service support are discussed. Therefore, the research target is the issue of organizing the technical service of agro-industrial complex machinery using the forms of functioning and production capabilities of dealer outlets. As research materials, the analysis of modern developments in the field of improving the interaction of dealers of agricultural machinery manufacturers with agricultural producers in the field of technical service of the supplied machines and equipment is presented. In the course of this analysis, the most characteristic disadvantages of the production activities of branded service enterprises were identified in terms of the requirements imposed by agricultural producers, the reasons affecting the imperfection of the forms and methods of organizing the work of dealer enterprises were indicated. Taking into account the review of the methods for optimizing the work of dealers, it may be noted that one of the urgent problems in the reorganization of technical service in the agro-industrial complex is the task of optimizing the number of dealer outlets representing manufacturers of equipment used in the agro-industrial complex of the Russian Federation in terms of balancing the interests of all three parties to the process of ensuring and successful use in agriculture of a wide range of mechanization means, that is agricultural producers, manufacturers and dealers. The number of regional dealerships which often supply products of the same manufacturers that is not justified on the basis of economic feasibility may adversely affect their financial performance and thereby lead to the bankruptcy of individual dealerships in this region, and that may affect the quality of the machinery and tractor fleet of agricultural producers. As conclusions, it may be noted that partnerships with agricultural producers have not been well managed including from the point of view of their legal level. It is also noted that shortcomings in the organization of production activities of branded service enterprises often lead to increased costs of farmers when using the equipment.
