Effectiveness of organizational and technological methods of technical service of modern agricultural machinery

Abstract

The guidelines in the field of improving the effectiveness of the organization and technology of maintenance and repair of agricultural machinery are discussed. The research target is the problem of increasing the effectiveness of restoring the working condition of agricultural machinery by using modern maintenance and repair methods. The research goal is to analyze the main directions in the field of improving the production activities of repair and maintenance enterprises based on the application of the latest guidelines on the organization and technology of technical service of agricultural machinery. To date, the staff of research organizations and the representatives of the production sector of technical service have developed a number of practical guidelines in this field. A promising organization of the structure of maintenance and repair of agricultural machinery and equipment was proposed for implementation. Modern equipment models were developed to equip technical service enterprises. Based on the control of the technical condition of machinery, modern approaches were developed to increase the effectiveness of equipment maintenance and repair. The results of studies of various stages of operation of agricultural machinery, the results of studying foreign and domestic experience in the field of organization and technology of technical service, methods for establishing the actual state of machine units are presented. The possibilities of effective use of the modern repair and maintenance base of the agro-industrial complex are analyzed, the main directions of development of the technical sphere in terms of increasing the responsibility of manufacturers for the quality of technical service of their products at all stages of its use by agricultural producers are considered. Wide implementation of the results of scientific and production experience in the field of organization and technology of technical service of the fleet of agricultural machinery will increase the level of working condition of the machinery and tractor fleet, reduce the costs of enterprises for the purchase of spare parts and new equipment which will lead to a decrease in costs when using mechanization tools and, accordingly, to reduce the cost of final products of agricultural producers.
